Terms and Conditions
Clients will get a 3 day grace period to do modifications on their orders. Doing modifications past the grace period will add additional time, and possibly cost, to the build. All orders are placed in a production sequence upon submission - changes will move the order to the back of the production line, in turn will change original estimated completion date, unless otherwise stated. Selecting an alternate fabric (second choice), in case the first is unavailable, could save on production time.
It is the clients responsibility to check their receipt and make sure details are correct. All orders are placed in production immediately upon order submission and are built to your requested specifications. As a result, the item(s) cannot be cancelled, changed, or returned. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be charged when you place your order. If an agreement is made to cancel your order, you will be required to forfeit 50% of the total cost (i.e. non-refundable 50% deposit).
Please note, build time is not exact and may exceed estimated completion date to ensure the product is completed properly. Due to supply deficits and shipping delays your order could require additional build time, upon which we will contact you with notice. You may not receive build updates if the order is on original build time. A "rush job" could be available at an additional cost.
All frames come with a 5 year warranty which includes any manufacturer build or sewing defects (foam and fabric is not covered). Warranty is void if item is sold, given away, or donated (any form of change of ownership). Repair pick up and/or delivery will require additional cost.
